Jason C. Parks

Mr. Parks’ practice focuses primarily on intellectual property related matters.  His litigation practice has included patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation in various federal courts throughout the nation. His business counseling practice includes a wide range of representation related to patent and trademark licensing.
