Jenny Cascone Mosh
Ms. Mosh practices in all areas related to employee benefits law with emphasis on qualified retirement plans and executive and deferred compensation arrangements. She assists clients with the design, drafting, administration, and operation of employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), 401(k) plans, pension and other retirement plans, and equity-based plans such as stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights and phantom stock arrangements.
Ms. Mosh advises privately-held and publicly-traded companies of all sizes in various industries in connection with their employee benefit programs, including such matters as qualified plan voluntary correction initiatives (including submissions to the IRS), qualified plan restatements, amendments and the IRS approval process, employee communications, IRS and DOL examinations, developing plan administration policies and procedures, vendor selection, and nonqualified plan compliance and documentary issues. She also assists clients with compliance issues related to their employer-sponsored health and welfare plans.
