Jaimie L. Thompson

Jaimie Thompson is an associate in the business litigation department, handling civil, commercial and real estate litigation matters. She manages all aspects of cases from inception through completion. Ms. Thompson takes and defends depositions of parties, experts and witnesses and drafts and argues substantive motions in both state and federal court.

Most recently, Ms. Thompson received a complete defense verdict in a $1.4 million case involving complex contract disputes and fraudulent misrepresentation claims on behalf of a Midwest-based insurance company. The matter was the Number 10 top defense verdict in 2009 by Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
