Julia W. Koren
Ms. Koren’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, retail and mixed-use development, financing and acquisitions and dispositions of real property. She has represented real estate developers, landlords, and individual and commercial property owners in the acquisition, development, leasing and disposition of office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, planned communities, multi-family and residential projects. She represents both landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and office leases. Ms. Koren has also experience representing lenders and borrowers in the financing of multi-family, retail, mixed-use and other commercial real estate projects.
