Jeff Grant

Mr. Grant litigates all varieties of civil matters, including complex business, environmental, intellectual property and entertainment disputes.

Mr. Grants prior experience includes numerous high-profile matters. He has played a significant role in defending corporate clients against major environmental liabilities and representing multinational pharmaceutical and asbestos manufacturers in product liability lawsuits. Mr. Grant has also litigated a wide range of disputes concerning copyrights and trademarks on behalf of media companies, artists and producers. In addition, Mr. Grant has litigated a variety of technology-related matters, including patent infringement lawsuits and claims for Internet advertising fraud.
