Jeffery S. Davis

Jeff Davis focuses his practice on media defense, securities and share-holder litigation, and ERISA and insurance class actions. He has counseled clients in connection with accounting and securities issues in both federal and state courts and before FINRA and the SEC.

Mr. Davis has substantial media law experience, having represented telecommunications and media companies in state and federal court. Mr. Davis also has defended ERISA benefit class actions in federal courts in Kentucky and Wisconsin.

His experience includes successful defense of clients against whom temporary restraining orders and other injunctive relief have been sought. He has substantial electronic discovery experience, helping clients collect, manage, review and produce electronic documents.
