James E. Dallner

Mr. Dallner is an associate in the business litigation practice area. He represents clients in litigated and non litigated business to business disputes. Mr. Dallner’s experience includes arbitration, trial and mediation of construction, intellectual property, fire subrogation and business matters throughout the United States. His practice includes gaming matters, intellectual property matters, construction matters, insurance disputes, business torts and professional liability matters. Mr. Dallner also has experience drafting oil and gas title opinions with a recent focus on Montana properties in the Bakken Shale play.
