Frank M. Evans, III

Mr. Evans has been in civil trial practice in Springfield, Missouri, since 1974. He has tried lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout southwest Missouri and in Kansas City and St. Louis. He has successfully represented business clients in jury and non-jury matters involving contracts, healthcare, antitrust, business tort claims, and employment law. He represents business clients and professionals before state, county and city administrative agencies on matters including professional licensing, taxation, and land development.

Mr. Evans is also a member of Lathrop & Gage’s Executive Committee.
