Daniel D. Doyle
Dan Doyle has spearheaded successful efforts to restructure financially distressed clients throughout the country, led creditor and retiree committees in major bankruptcy cases, and represented major institutional leasing and finance companies in prosecuting claims against debtors.

He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and is chairman of the bankruptcy and creditor rights section of the Transportation Lawyers Association. He is on the advisory board of the Denver University Transportation Law Journal. Dan edited the section of Norton Bankruptcy Law & Practice (2007) dealing with retiree benefits in bankruptcy cases, while serving as lead bankruptcy counsel for the Official Committee of Retirees in the Solutia Inc. case in New York City.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked for a decade as a bankruptcy lawyer in one of Missouri’s largest law firms. Before enrolling in law school, Dan was an investigative journalist at two Memphis newspapers.
