Dan E. Cranshaw

Experience
Mr. Cranshaw counsels individuals and businesses in litigated and non-litigated disputes such as breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, construction matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts, professional liability and personal injury.  He also handles complex commercial litigation involving premises liability, wrongful death, toxic tort, workers' compensation, contract claims, merchandizing acts and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. Cranshaw has successfully resolved claims for individual and corporate clients through alternative dispute resolution, including a favorable settlement of a significant breach of contract dispute.

In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Cranshaw is well-versed in the development and execution of discovery motion strategies and case management techniques.  He works on national trial teams, where he plays an integral role in pre-trial discovery and investigation.
