Experience
Don Calloway is an associate in the business disputes section of the business litigation practice area. His experience includes drafting trial and appellate pleadings, briefs and advisory opinions primarily for the business litigation group. He has experience with a variety of complex litigation issues in state and federal court proceedings; and has conducted bench trials in Missouri state court, at circuit and associate circuit levels. Mr. Calloway also represents both artist and management sides in entertainment and media related matters. He maintains an active pro bono practice through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
Mr. Calloway is an instructor for the federal procedure exam review sessions for first year law students at St. Louis University.
