David G. Brown

Experience
Mr. Brown resolves complex disputes through mediation, creative settlements and aggressive litigation.  He has argued and won cases before the Missouri Supreme Court, won jury trials in state and federal court, obtained a federal court judgment in excess of $1 million and assisted a Fortune 75 company identify and realize an out-of-court settlement in excess of $50 million.  Mr. Brown's litigation experience includes class action, multi-plaintiff, civil rights and RICO claims.

Mr. Brown has extensive experience in Missouri government, including service as Assistant Attorney General, Deputy Public Safety Director and Special Counsel to the Governor.  With a practice based in the Missouri State Capital, Mr. Brown can guide clients through difficult governmental and regulatory matters, including contested hearings before state agencies, judicial challenges to government action, licensing issues and the pre-litigation settlement of regulatory disputes.
