Experience
Ms. Wright is an Energy and Pipeline attorney whose practice focuses on litigation and regulatory compliance matters. Her experience includes representing energy and pipeline clients in litigation resulting from rupture, leak, fire and explosion in both state and federal court; and handling inspection and enforcement issues under the Federal and State Codes including those regulated by the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), State Offices of Pipeline Safety (OPS), the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) and State and Local LP Gas Agencies. Her experience also includes assisting clients with development of corporate policies and damage prevention programs.
Ms. Wright has handled matters in California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
Ms. Wright also represents municipalities in tort and contract disputes and constitutional challenges.
