Colleen E. Graham

Ms. Graham is an associate in the corporate department, focusing her practice on general corporate and business representation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions and formation and structuring of business entities and relationships.

During law school, Ms. Graham worked as an intern in the New York Stock Exchange’s Office of General Counsel and the legal department with Forbes.com. She has a background in finance, having spent time with Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan after completing her undergraduate degree, working with synthetic equities transition management and providing client service to various corporate and institutional clients including hedge funds.
