We are committed to providing our attorneys with the tools they need to succeed by offering a series of training modules designed specifically for summer associates, associates and partners. Our innovative curriculum of instruction complements law school education by providing the skills needed for long term career advancement.

Lathrop 101 Seminar Series
This series of programs is designed to help new attorneys learn about Lathrop & Gage and give them the tools needed to be part of the Lathrop team. In addition to learning about the day-to-day mechanics of being a lawyer, these programs offer interactive sessions to teach fundamental lawyering skills. Program topics include Time Keeping, Working in a Team, Negotiation Skills, Ethics, Client Interaction and Firm Economics.

Lathrop 701 Seminar
This program is designed for new partners of the firm. It continues to build on the success skills needed for partners by focusing on business development techniques and the importance of building client relationships.
