Compensation & Advancement
We offer a competitive compensation package to first-year associates, including a competitve starting salary, a variety of insurance benefits and, following three months of service, the opportunity to participate in the 401(k) portion of the firm's retirement plan. We begin to make contributions - all of which are fully vested to a fully funded retirement plan for our employees following 24 months of employment. We also offer substantial year-end bonuses to associates who have excelled in productivity, quality of work and other firm contributions over the previous 12 months.
In accordance with our emphasis on stability, we hire associates with the hope and intention that they will some day become members of the firm. Currently, associates with seven years of service or credit are eligible for membership consideration.
Female attorneys with two or more years of service with the firm will receive 16 weeks of paid maternity leave. Female attorneys with less than two years of service with the firm will receive 12 weeks of paid maternity leave. The leave commences on the date the attorney leaves work for the birth of the baby. This leave is inclusive of any applicable FMLA leave, short term disability leave and vacation time.
