Paralegals
Our firm has more than 60 paralegals who work with attorneys across our network of national offices. Paralegals are essential for providing the results and service for which Lathrop & Gage is recognized, and we provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed:
- Mentoring and Assimilation Program. We provide background, contacts and resources to ensure a smooth start for new paralegals.
- Continuing Education. Our paralegals participate in continuing legal education programs on a regular basis and receive training on the most up-to-date technology. Lathrop & Gage encourages and pays for memberships in local paralegal associations and community service organizations.
- Technology and Case Management Software. Lathrop & Gage paralegals have access to the latest programming so we can provide effective and cost-efficient access to information.
Lathrop & Gage requires a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate. We offer a competitive salary and benefits in a cooperative, friendly atmosphere.
