Courtney M. Ahuja

Ms. Ahuja is an associate in the corporate department. She represents large oil and gas companies in lease acquisition and related exploration and production issues. For these clients, Ms. Ahuja focuses on the drafting of drilling and division order title opinions.

Ms. Ahuja handles issues related to chain of title-related instruments, such as interpretation of deeds, leases, easements, liens, probate documents, unit declarations, assignments of interest and other complex conveyances.

Ms. Ahuja is proficient in German and is a trained mediator in the State of Texas.  Her previous experience includes representation of hospitality corporations and a variety of other businesses.
