Bryan R. Berry Joins Lathrop & Gage as an Associate

Springfield, Mo. (July 26, 2007) – Joel Voran, CEO of Lathrop & Gage L.C. announced today that Bryan R. Berry has joined the Springfield, Mo. office as an associate in the business disputes practice area.
Berry focuses his practice on business disputes representing clients’ business disputes including breach of contract matters, loan enforcement actions, construction matters, insurance disputes, regulatory matters, business torts and professional liability matters. Prior to joining the firm, Berry served for three years as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Greene County, Missouri. He served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Phillip R. Garrison of the Missouri Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2004. During law school, Berry worked in the Criminal Division of the Missouri Attorney General’s Office assisting in the defense of state felony convictions at the appellate level.
Berry received his undergraduate degree from William Jewell College in 1991 and his juris doctorate from University of Missouri School of Law in 2002. He also attended Oxford University in Oxford, England in 1989-1990. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Missouri Young Lawyers Association and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
