Barry L. Haith

Mr. Haith is a member in the business litigation and tort litigation practice areas. He concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate litigation, construction and real estate litigation, probate and trust litigation and tort litigation. Mr. Haith has extensive state and federal trial, appellate, mediation and arbitration experience. He assists clients in all phases of contract drafting, negotiations, dispute resolution, and lien and bond claims. Mr. Haith also assists individuals and businesses at multiple levels in business planning, startup and problem-solving.

Mr. Haith formerly served with the ARC, a national nonprofit corporation, where he handled management and employment law issues, undertook various organizational restructuring projects and addressed long-term funding challenges.

Mr. Haith devotes a significant amount of his time to civic and charitable work in the St. Louis community. Mr. Haith serves on the Board of Directors of the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (2005-present; Chair, 2009-2010), the Board of Directors of Emmaus Homes, and the St. Louis County Economic Councils Business Retention and Expansion Committee. Mr. Haith is a past member of the Board of Directors of JESS (Jobs and Employment Support Services, 2004-2010) and contributing attorney for the BAMSL Lawyer Referral and Information Service Committee.
