• Representation of borrowers and lenders in problem loan matters—including loan enforcement, guarantor liability, workouts, reorganizations, and bankruptcies throughout the United States.
• Representation of secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, committees, landlords, tenants, trustees, servicers of mortgage-backed securities, asset buyers, and other parties in interest in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganization, particularly in the areas of use of cash collateral, debtor-in-possession financing, automatic stay relief, adequate protection, asset sales and acquisitions, contract assumption and rejection, claim allowance, dischargeability, preferences and fraudulent conveyances, and plan confirmation and cramdown litigation.
