Brianna E. Dahlberg
Ms. Dahlberg practices primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation. Her practice includes contract, trademark and copyright litigation.
Ms. Dahlberg’s previous experience includes an internship with the University of Southern California Intellectual Property and Technology Clinic, where she advised a client on copyright issues involved in creating an archive of public broadcasting content.
While in law school, Ms. Dahlberg also interned with a California firm where she drafted an amicus brief on behalf of independent film organizations arguing that a documentary filmmaker’s outtakes were protected by the journalists’ evidentiary privilege. She also served as a research assistant for three USC law professors, conducting scholarly research on various cutting-edge intellectual property topics.
