Mr. Collison handles a wide range of trademark matters, including clearing trademarks for use and registration and preparing applications for registration and licensing of trademarks.  Mr. Collison has practiced before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States District Courts in connection with trademark and unfair competition cases.
