Named by Lawdragon as one of the 500 Leading Lawyers in the United States, Mr. Baldwin, a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, has over 30 years experience as a civil trial lawyer. His practice has focused on professional liability, products liability, commercial civil litigation, catastrophic injury including fire and explosion, insurance coverage, and estate litigation, having concluded well over 100 jury trials and appeals. Although he spends a significant portion of his time on the opposite side of the table from the members of the Plaintiff's personal injury bar, he has been selected by virtually every accomplished Plaintiff's firm in the area to represent and advise them when they have been sued by their clients.

His representation of healthcare and legal professionals for over 30 years has included virtually every specialty of those professions involving claim values in the millions of dollars. During the same period, his products and catastrophic injury representation with claim values ranging from $1 million to $75 million has spanned a wide variety of industries.
