Lee Reichert Joins Molson Coors Unit As General Counsel

Law Week Colorado — Lee Reichert, a partner with Lathrop & Gage LLP and former founding partner of Denver’s Kamlet Reichert, has joined Molson Coors International as general counsel, the firm said today.

The company is a subsidiary of Molson Coors Brewing Co.; it sells Molson Coors products in countries outside of the parent company’s home markets. Reichert will be based in Denver, the firm said.

Reichert brings to Molson Coors International nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with a focus on securities, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and equity and debt financings, his firm said. Read full story ...
