Amber Henry
Ms. Henry practices primarily in the area of intellectual property litigation law. Her litigation practice includes patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation. Ms. Henry also counsels businesses regarding trademark licensing.
Ms. Henry has experience drafting tentative rulings on a variety of motions, including motions to compel, motions to strike, demurrers and summary judgment motions. She has analyzed motions involving a wide array of substantive law, including breach of contract, fraud, legal malpractice and negligence.
While attending law school, Ms. Henry was a Teaching Assistant for a First Year Legal Research and Writing class. She was an active member of LawReview and was selected as a Lead Articles Editor.
