Amy DeGraeve

Ms. DeGraeve is an associate in the wealth strategies department. She limits her practice to basic corporate and LLC business matters, and to estate planning, including wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax, estate tax and elder law. She drafts ante-nuptial agreements, corporate and LLC documents and conducts real estate transactions for clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeGraeve worked as a senior associate for an estate and tax planning law firm. She also served as a Teaching Assistant for the legal writing program during her time in law school.
