J. Andrew Crossett
Mr. Crossett is an associate in the real estate department. His duties include preparation and negotiation of real estate documents such as leases, sales agreements and easements, handling title and survey matters, drafting loan documents such as notes and collateral documents and advising clients on real estate and loan transactions. In addition, he advises clients on and prepares the documentation for loan workouts and debt restructurings. His experiences include representing a lender on a multimillion-dollar loan that was secured by real estate located in multiple states; facilitating the purchase and financing of single-tenant properties subject to triple-net ground leases; and advising lenders and borrowers on commercial real estate loan litigation.
