Amy M. Brozenic

Ms. Brozenic is an associate in the intellectual property department. Her most recent experience practicing at the United States Patent & Trademark Office included examining trademark applications to ensure compliance with the Lanham Act and USPTO procedural requirements. Ms. Brozenic researched and drafted office actions and appeal briefs detailing substantive refusals and outstanding procedural requirements and also approved federal trademark registrations. She currently counsels clients on all areas of trademark portfolio management, including domestic and international trademark registration, enforcement procedures, and licensing of trademarks and copyrights. Ms. Brozenic also drafts licensing and assignment agreements for various forms of intellectual properties. Her experience also includes representing clients in all matters and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
