Alex P. Aguilera

Alex Aguilera focuses his practice on business litigation. He represents clients in litigated and non-litigated business-to-business disputes such as insurance disputes, breach of contract matters, construction matters, regulatory matters, business torts, loan enforcement actions, and professional liability matters.

During law school, Mr. Aguilera was a volunteer with Kansas Legal Services and an intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas researching and drafting legal memoranda for various civil disputes. Mr. Aguilera, as a research assistant for a business and commercial law professor, conducted scholarly research relating to arbitration, securities, contracts, and business organizations.
